Since 1963, in Cabiate, in the heart of Brianza, Minotti Collezioni has been crafting bespoke dreams in wood. Each creation is a unique garment, shaped around the emotions and life of the person who imagines it. It all began in a small workshop, where Alessandro Minotti turned a family passion into a vocation: respect for the material, the elegance of wood, tailored precision, knowledge handed down.
Today CNC machines cut to a thousandth of a millimetre, but it is the artisans' hands that add the final touch with experience and dedication. Ebony, rosewood, American black walnut: woods selected one by one, paired with gold and silver leaf, carefully chosen fabrics, unique marbles and exotic materials such as galuchat, acid-etched metals and natural straw.
This is how timeless chairs, armchairs, tables and furniture are born. Every piece is unique, because the person who creates it is unique. Here quality knows no compromise. When the market asked for customisation, the company responded without ever giving up craftsmanship.

MINOTTI EXPRESS: A HOME ON THE MOVE
Imagine a dream train, not just in your mind, but real: luggage on board, a pause on the most luxurious sofa, while the world flows by around you like a film. This is Minotti Express, a fantastic project that recreates a travelling home, eliminating the inconveniences of travel.
A train journey usually unfolds in stages.
Departure
In Switzerland, at the Stadler Rail plants, the empty carriages are built. Minotti Collezioni transforms them into comfortable living spaces.
First stage: Design
The same design as for a home, but in 5.8 m² instead of 12. Shared and private spaces, luxurious bathrooms, a kitchen that works even at 80 km/h. The entire space is certified: it does not come apart at 160 km/h, under deceleration or vibration, and withstands temperatures from -35°C to +35°C.
Second stage: Finishing
To visualise the finished space, the client touches real materials: floors, wall coverings, fabrics, finishes. Even natural marble on the panels, for a warm, luxurious yet familiar environment.
Third stage: Assembly
From Lake Constance (Switzerland) to Szolnok (Hungary) for the furnishing, then Fanipal' (Belarus) for the finishing touches. From a simple, sterile metal shell to a welcoming home: for sharing, working, reflecting or being alone with the endless landscape.
Arrival… or departure
A private dwelling, bright, curvilinear, without sharp corners. An enveloping living room, a curved bookcase that creates space, a family table, a comfortable sofa, a huge shower cabin.
One journey (ours) ends, but the home is ready for the next: motionless and waiting, free to move.
VISTA OSTUNI: LUXURY AT THE FOOT OF THE WHITE CITY
In the heart of Puglia, the ancient convent of Ostuni – built in the 14th century and over time a hospital, a school and a Tobacco Factory – has been reborn as Vista Ostuni, a 5-star hotel in the LarioHotels collection, thanks to the skilful restoration by the Milanese studio RMA Roberto Murgia Architetto. All the furnishings, by MINOTTI Collezioni, guarantee style and quality.
The project weaves together history, luxury and contemporary design. The 28 rooms (19 suites), overlooking the Piana degli Ulivi and the village of Ostuni, offer a warm, enveloping atmosphere inspired by Apulian hospitality. Minotti Collezioni, an expression of Brianza craftsmanship, signs interiors that elevate woodworking and attention to detail to an art form.
Every space combines fine materials, clean lines and tailored finishes. The bar area welcomes guests in an elegant atmosphere, while the spa with its gradient-mosaic hot tub best expresses the fusion of wellbeing and design. The journey is completed by the infinity pool in the roof garden and the heated sea-view pool.
Craftsmanship takes centre stage: woven rush boiseries, Grottaglie ceramics, glazed terracotta, jute and local woods. The fabrics recall the earth, sea and light of the South.
Vista Ostuni is a tribute to memory, to material and to authentic luxury: Puglia, the Mediterranean, Made in Italy excellence.
